I applied through an agent. It takes me around 3-4 weeks to get a technical written test at their office at Hong Kong. Um, the questions are basic stuffs including sql/pseudo code programming/script programming/unix commands (vi editor)/financial trading knowledge. If you are well prepared, those questions should be easy to shoot. Unfortunately, one day after my test they notified me that I have not obtained requiring passing marks. Anyway, I guess if I would spend more time on reviewing the basic programming/script/unix knowledge, I may do better on the test.
