1st round : You'll get a assessment link only after clearing that You'll get Technical Interview.
2nd round : In Technical Interview they ask you question only from your resume and projects and few situational based questions.
3rd round : This is HR round and also the last one where they will talk about your employment and what to expect, when You'll get the Offer letter and all.

You have to pass their test first. 1st round had questions about your previous work experiences if any and about your college studies and certifications and some subject based questions. Second one was HR round and questions from your resume and why you wanna join fidelity was asked.
