Entrevista
Applied online, submitted a hire-view recording and got contacted by a recruiter. Cleared initial screening (HR), and interview with hiring manager then an onsite (Westlake) with 3 other people. Got very positive feedback. HR Recruiter followed up with a request for my schedule for the 2nd and final round. Said that they were 'very interested' in pursuing me over e-mail and phone. Then there was no follow up or communication. I knew that the HR process was sub-par when I got scheduled with the hiring manager twice and for the incorrect role. Followed by an onsite that was not set up with the necessary logistics and then post interview closure I was left by myself to walk out of the building. I really liked the people I spoke with and the hiring manager and where the company is headed. I also believe that unless the hiring process is improved there is a good chance that a lot of candidates will be turned off by the incompetence. From initial contact to the first round took about 6 weeks.

The interview process is very lengthy. They have a few rounds with different members of the team including the hiring manager. Lots of open questions. Didn't hear much from HR...and found myself checking in with them. They did get back to me once I reached out to them.
