The interview was conducted with the series of Aptitude Test, Technical Round where they asked Business Analysis related questions and some quiz. Then in Management round there were three puzzles and more on what is my educational background and MBA courses. Then happened the discussion with HR, where it was more of a salary negotiation.
The interview process included three rounds: an initial recruiter screening, a detailed discussion with the hiring manager, and a final interview with the department director. Overall, the experience was fine, with a balanced mix of technical and behavioral questions assessing both domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.

I went through 3 rounds but everyone was very friendly. However, during the interview process the role was not correctly described and outlined . Therefore once I started the role I stuggled a little bit to adjust to the actual expectations put on me
