Had an interview for a graduate job in Dublin. The whole process involved a group of students going through various activities, such as a group discuss, coding test, and an interview. During the interview was asked reasonable questions, such as what is the difference between inner and outer join in SQL. The whole process took about 4 hours with a lunch break and everyone was at ease, welcoming and not intimidating. Had a great impression of a well organised company.
