Had initial phone screen with recruiter about position. I was then invited to meet the hiring manager in person. The in person interview got rescheduled a few times but overall it was a pretty smooth and quick process. The phone screen was about 30 minutes and the 1:1 interview was a lunch interview for a little over an hour. The position was not exactly the right fit but I wanted to go through the process to learn more about the company and maybe be considered for future positions. I did not get a job offer and was told I was overqualified for the particualr position and would be considered for future positions.
