You go through two rounds of interviews with mainly just behavioral questions. They really wanted to see your drive to help people and also your dedication to pass the financial exams.

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.

2 separate interviews. 1 phone call and 1 zoom meeting. The zoom meeting was with 2 people. Both were very kind and created a welcoming atmosphere. Each one asked unique questions but the conversation involved everyone
