I got until the video call for a professional screening , during the interview the interviewer was very nice and there was a good connection an mutual understanding of the challenges, nothing special , I am very experienced in want they were looking for, felt really good
During the interview people actually started moving some stuff inside the interviewer room , not big deal, I ignored it but it bothered the interviewer.
I know they would not appreciated if they situation was reversed, either way I kept my mouth shut being social, friendly and professional.
I never heard from them again.
After seeing the reviews on glass door, I should have known
Red Flags all over the place.

Generic talk about how the company is great, I think they ae not really checking how candidates align with their needs, or they just want to present "growth".
but there is certainly insincere behavior and lack of transparency.
The hiring process includes 3 stages: 1) HR screening 2) Live coding session (LeetCode) 3) More theoretical interview, but with coding tasks a bit.
The 3rd interview was quite well. Interviewer asked relevant questions regarding the position and I enjoyed the session.
Looks like Interviewer from the second session doesn't like to talk with people... Just no proper response/hint from the provided solution to him. I had a feeling that he isn't interested in interview at all
