Digital interview with HR - she was late, asked almost no questions, and kept her eyes on her second monitor to seemingly reply to messages instead of focusing on the meeting. Then she talked about the benefits packages instead of the role as if she didn't know what to ask. I waited around 2 weeks for a response before I followed up and was ghosted. The very least a company can do after asking someone to spend their time interviewing is give a form rejection letter.

Long and tedious with repetitive questions, they have different people asking you the same questions over and over again. Benefits are great st the company but it appears no work life balance and no time to enjoy them. Manager told me they work 7am to 6pm and weekends and days when the company is closed for holiday. Not interested
