I had three interviews, one over the phone, one via Skype and one in-person. There were two written exercises. The first interview was conducted very well, with the interviewer clearly showing they had reviewed my CV and writing samples and also made me feel comfortable but maintaining professional approach. The next two interviews (with other staff) were less impressive. In both, it was evident that my CV had not been looked at - very disappointing considering that one of them was the CEO. At the in-person interview, the questions were generic, especially considering this was the third stage of the process and I had travelled to interview at the office. Further, I was left feeling that both interviewers weren't fully engaged with my answers. I have not heard a word since the final interview, with no feedback given for either writing assessment. Very disappointing treatment especially after a great first impression.
