A recruiter reached out in November 2023 to schedule an interview. Communication was inconsistent throughout the entire process. I provided my availability multiple times before an interview was arranged with the hiring manager in December. The hiring manager was nice, and the interview was easy. A few weeks later, I completed a writing test with two parts. The final interview was a panel. After the interview, the recruiter told me I'd hear back in a few weeks. I never heard anything. Had the process been 2 to 3 weeks, I'd have overlooked the ghosting. But the process took almost three months. They could have at least let me know I wasn't selected. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and disorganized. Based on other interview reviews, this behavior isn't uncommon for Feeding America.
