Very very long intensive interview process. It felt like I was joining the military....
The interview process lasted a few months. Started off with a phone call. I then took a personality test. After the personality test I was invited for an in person interview. It was very causal and just wanted to see if I was a good fit. Next they ran a credit and drivers check on me. After passing the background checks I then was invited to do a ride along with a current Marketing rep. I then had what they call their “pattern interview” which is another in person interview which is recorded and all behavioral questions. A lot of them. I found out after all this I was still in the beginning of the interview process. I had multiple offers from other companies and decided to pursue other opportunities.
The company try’s to dig deep to break you down and find everything they can about you, your family, and spouse. The interview process was way too long and felt very overbearing.

Great company and great interview. They have everything planned out and they do not skip any steps in the interview process. They were all very nice and professional and I would recommend this company.
Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Federated Insurance (San Diego, CA) en dic 2024

Lengthy conversations about life style, upbringing, work ethic, leadership and competitiveness. I am still currently going through the interview process but this has been the basis of most of the questioning so far. They were very open about everything so far and gave me plenty of time to ask questions myself.

Long process that is very in-depth. Will want to meet spouse or parents. 6 month process that is 4-5 interviews. They will want to know multiple references and they will want you to get licensed before hire.
