Screening through recruiter in which we learned about FedEx, filled out paperwork for the specific role we were applying for, and were then sent for a drug screening. Waited for results to come back on drug screening and background check before interview was held. Next step was an in person interview with senior manager, and shift manager.

Describe a time when you knowingly did not follow policy?
Standard interview process. Was hired within a couple days to start the part time position. Dress code was casual. It was a 1 on 1 interview and only standard questions were asked.
No interview just orientation, a quick tour of the station and did paper work on the day they ask you to come in. On the second day you took your id picture and started on training.
The interview process was fairly easy, filling out documentation and doing a tour of the facility. Your required to do a drug and background check. Attire and any other accommodations are provided if you cannot.
