I applied via recruiter twice. The first interview they decided not to hire me as they decided to hire an internal candidate for the role, a year later they contacted me for similar role, as they have been keeping my record which is nice, and i got the role. the process took one month.

The first round interview is a virtual interview. You need to record your answers and you can try as many times as you can. There are three behavioral questions. You have five mins to answer each question.
