The interview was split into several parts, First was just to acquaint with each other and get a general back drop about the company, Second was more in detail and they went over different responsibilities , salary hours and such. During second round I was also given an option to learn managerial skills instead of just being a customer representative which I found to be very helpful and motivating. The last interview went over the right fit and where I belonged within the company after they access the second interview. Overall the process was very structured and professional and I honestly loved the vibe of the place.
