I applied through a website frequently used for job seekers. I was subsequently contacted by a senior recruiter. We had a wonderful interview/conversation, lasting 30+ minutes. I was told that I was a great match for the position. It was dynamic conversation and I was supposed to be scheduled for an interviews via Zoom/Google Meet. I was never contacted again. Any follow up on my end was met with silence. I was assured that there’d be another interview very quickly, as they were looking to hire quickly. Being ghosted is extremely unprofessional.
