I was contacted a few days after submitting my application to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was easy, but I really enjoyed speaking with the recruiter. After that, I was invited for a video interview. The video interview lasted 2.5 hours, and I met with 5 people from the marketing team. We chatted about mostly standard interview questions, but the last 2 people I met with had me complete assessments. The first was business logic assessment, and the second was a digital marketing assessment. Both were challenging and I was encouraged to share what I thought – no right or wrong answers. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a great experience.
