I applied for the position via LinkedIn.com; I was contacted via phone and email by the recruiter. I completed a phone screen that lasted about 30 min; the recruiter was very detailed about the company history, culture, longevity and future growth. I had a follow up phone interview with the Benefits Manager about a week later; a few days later I was invited to interview on site. I met with the Benefits Manager, the Director of Compensation, the VP of Total Rewards and the Chief People Officer. I appreciated how I was scheduled to meet the HR team in one day; I felt that they really valued my time. It can be difficult to interview for a new opportunity when you're currently working, I really appreciated how they worked with my schedule.
