Very brief, about 10 minutes. Basic and common sense questions. They ask if you've ate there before, about customer complaints, how much experience, etc. Interview process was very easy, orientation was within a week and training the following week. It helped to be referred, that was pretty much the foot in the door. Availability is big.

Easy and straight forward. Experience not totally necessary. Good environment, people seem nice, hours are good and they are flexible. Asked about working in a team environment and how I handled working with a difficult co-worker.
one standard interview. Just like any other restaurant interview. They place special emphasis on bringing energy and being able to make people feel at home. bring a positive attitude and having experience will help otherwise you will likely start as a host
