The interview was extremely easy. I walked in and interviewed for about 10 minutes. He asked me about other jobs I've had, school, and experience. I was hired on the spot and filled out my paper work that day. Training lasted for 4 days and it was very helpful (and paid).

Easy and straight forward. Experience not totally necessary. Good environment, people seem nice, hours are good and they are flexible. Asked about working in a team environment and how I handled working with a difficult co-worker.
one standard interview. Just like any other restaurant interview. They place special emphasis on bringing energy and being able to make people feel at home. bring a positive attitude and having experience will help otherwise you will likely start as a host
