I applied for the job as they require a ares sales manager in Haryana and Delhi/Ncr. They called me up and inquired about me by asking some question in phone interview and then they called me to the company branch office in Delhi. In the second round of interview the Sr. HR executive started with general question and then he asked some question to test my IQ and skills of sales and marketing. He gave the date of final round that was with the company CEO. The last round was a presentation round and I was fully prepared for that , they ask question as i finished my presentation. the question is related to all ares of management , more from sales and marketing. The interview goes long may be more then 2 hour . Finally I got that Job.
