I scheduled multiple interviews with different recruiters, but they all either did not bother to call on the day of or canceled just minutes before because of something they missed. What a waste of time. Avoid Fairview at all costs.

Phone screen with the recruiter who went over the job and unit description. Walked through resume and proceeded with standard questions. Recruiter accused me of using AI when I wasn't and abruptly stopped the interview without any consideration. AI during a phone screen????

The interview process was fairly easy. A recruiter reached out for a phone screen and helped me set up an interview. From there I interviewed with the manager and supervisor. Another interview was set up with the team after.
