Very easy, basic / generic questions asked. Over the phone interview with 3 managers, didn’t feel so much like an interview more as a casual conversation between 3 managers and myself. The interview was a little longer then expected and hearing back after the application process and interview took a long time to hear bad also.

Phone screening with a general hr team member then a phone interview with a supervisor/manager from the call center. I think it was 10 days between the screening and interview
