The interview process was quick and easy however both the VP Controller and Deputy Controller were unprepared. The VP Controller was very difficult understand with broken English. For a VP Controller he didn't seem familiar with basic Accounting functions, ie: he didn't know what a procurement department was. When I was asked to elaborate, then I was told my responses during the interview were not concise.
