I sent my CV to someone who I knew working at FMG and they forwarded it on to HR. I had a telephone interview with a lady who was HR Recruiter and then I was invited to attend a formal interview which was conducted by two Team leaders and involved doing a role play exercise amongst being asked formal questions.
