I met the company during the job fair at my university. I had a great conversation with the hiring manager at the information session. I got his business, gave him a hard copy of my resume and cover letter, and also sent him a soft copy via email. After 2 weeks, got a call from the company asking me to attend a panel interview with two managers at their downtown office.

Entrevista
The first interview was a 30 min phone call with an HR rep where they asked me some very basic interview questions. The second interview was with several employees who had once worked the same or similar position I was applying for. Mostly behavioral questions, some questions about my resume, and at the end, a writing sample.
