I applied through campus recruiting and heard back about two weeks later. The telephone conversation was kept short and they asked me to pick between a few dates for an interview. The interview was scheduled to be three manager interviews with three different managers and then two tests potentially depending on how i did in the interviews. I ended up going through the whole process and it was fairly straight forward, very down to earth people and easy to talk to. Overall it was a positive interview experience. They asked several behaviour questions which although I did not find hard to answer at the time they were perhaps looking for specific answers. They also asked why FM global so you should really know about the company before going into the interview.
