Applied online, got reply online on how the process works. When accepted, I received a phone call where they wanted to check for 2 minutes if I had a car and was able to get to the work place. We booked an interview for the following week which was supposed to be held over Teams as a video call. Got a email the morning before the interview that they had signed their "ideal candidate". Thought it was a bit hasty.
