The interview process was pretty quick, about a 1 week process from email questionnaire to final interview. It composed of 1 email questionnaire, then 1 phone interview and then finally an on-site with the manager.

It's a small tech company with no recuiter. Manager contacted me for a phone interview about my past experience and later ask me for in site interview. For the in site interview, they ask more about my past experience to see I'm the right person for the job and later they showed me around the building which was nice. They told me they will talk to management and months later no response back. I emailed them back 2 times and they found someone different.
