Meeting with the Area Manager. He was very friendly, but honest about the position. Nothing was hidden. I would have to travel up to an hour from home and that this was a performance based role.

Short telephone screening call. Arranged to meet at a hotel interviewer turned up 10 minutes late, really set the tone and alarm bells should have rung then.
The next stage was a Skype interview, the interviewer didn't activate his webcam. I guess its easier to lie to someone when you aren't looking them in the eye.
No interview at the office, they keep you away from there until you start training.
