Applied online via Exelon, received call from an Exelon recruiter and was asked basic pre-interview questions and this was an easy/short process. A few days later an interview was scheduled. I interviewed with station HR personnel and Dept Manager. Very nice people. Used STAR method but nothing too hard. Didnt hear anything for over 2 weeks while trying to get a hold of recruiter, i finally got a hold of recruiter but job was filled internally. Recruiter was very nice and offered to keep me in mind for other positions.

Company paid for flights, hotel, rental car and food allowance for interviewing days. First day is a supervisor assessment, second day is the interview. Interview consisted of Situation questions in which a STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) answer was request. A day in the life of the role you are interviewing for. What to expect in the role. What ever questions you have at the end of the interview. Very professional interview.
