The interview process is actually quite simple. There didn't seem to be any scripted questions. You basically have an informal discussion with one of the owners or managers, in which you tell them your availability, whether or not you've been in trouble with the law, have reliable transportation, and are comfortable being on your feet for long periods of time. They then describe a little about the company and what is expected. I don't think they turn anyone away. There are all types of people hired in this company.
