I personally thought the interview went well and you think you'd be able to trust the company as they are a recruitment company. I was told they would get back to me by the following week and they GHOSTED ME. If you want to be a support to the recruitment industry why do that? It is a joke about their mission vs, what they actually do...

Very casual. The CEO took his time to get to know me and what I wanted out of my career. I spoke first via phone and then met one on one. It wasn't a traditional interview, more of a conversation to ensure the job was something that I could be successful in. It takes a very resilient person to do this job.
