Had to go through 3 separate interviews before I was offered the job. There was a phone interview with the recruiter and then 2 separate interviews with the two COO's. The entire process was relatively quick (less than a month). They did ask for 3 references and they checked all three of them out.

They didn't really ask me anything too difficult. Just was asked about my sales experience, salary requirements and a few other typical interview questions. It was a really relaxed environment.

Was promised a lot of things to which were not lived up to during my tenure at the company. Interviewer was great at leading me to believe the company was stable and growing, but the case was quite the opposite when I showed up the first day.

Contacted via email, went through a lengthy phone screening. Asked to come into the office and meet with the COO. He had a great attitude about the company, went over details and explained the start up atmosphere in place. Really dug into why I wanted to do the job, and what inspired me to "get out of bed," in the morning. 2 Positions were spoke about asking which one I preferred.
