I applied via recruitment agency and the process took about 2 + months. There were three rounds of interview with the company The first one being a technical test , second was to meet the manager and third group discussion round with a Challenger candidate. I spent 6 + hours in total for all 3 rounds and was given an impression by the recruitment consultant that they will likely make an offer. After two weeks of constant follow ups for feedback, I was told that they ended up comparing my technical test to that of an existing technical consultant and was told that my test result was not as competent as what they were expecting. This could have been ideally done at round 1 of technical test itself rather than going through all 3 rounds to be told that they made a decision based on technical test results itself.
