The interview process was very well-structured and handled with great professionalism. It was led by the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, who maintained excellent communication throughout the process. There were three clear stages: 1. Initial meeting with the TA Team Lead 2. Follow-up call with the HR Business Partner 3. Final interview with the CHRO Each step was well-organised, and the communication was always transparent and respectful.
