I applied online. After 3 phone interviews, I flew to Kansas, grabbed a rental car for an interview and lunch with a supervisor. When I arrived at the office, there was a minimal computer skills test, followed by driving a supervisor to the lunch location (driving skills review). During lunch, the supervisor went over the position in detail, stressing the travel requirements. After returning the office, I drove back to the office and flew home.
