I applied for the job, I heard back a few weeks later asking me to choose a time for a phone interview. I was given about three time slots to choose from. I chose the best time and the recruitment manager answered all my questions and asked several questions, mostly STAR questions. I was given a time frame in which I would hear back and next steps. About 5 days later I received an email from another recruitment manager that I had moved on to the next step, a virtual interview. I set up a 1 hour time slot. I met with two leaders from the team I was interviewing for, for 30 minutes each. They asked more STAR questions and made sure any questions I had were answered. I was informed they would be making a decision within a week and a half. I received a phone call from the initial recruitment manager within one week with the job offer.
