This was probably my favorite interview process that I've had in my relatively young career. There was no specific algorithm type portion of the interview which was very unexpected. This doesn't mean that it wasn't technical, it was just more based on specific experience. What technologies/languages I've used for what projects, design decisions of projects etc. It Had me much more comfortable because I didn't have that worry I'd come across an algorithm and have a brain fart and panic when I couldn't solve it right away. Everyone I interviewed with was smart, kind, and kept the interview process comfortable.
It started with a call with the recruiter, then the direct manager for the team I'd be working on, and then a final stage of 5 back to back 30 minute interviews with different senior developers/architects each focusing on one of Exact's core values.

Can you describe a time there was a conflict of approaches on how to code a problem. What were the differences of opinion, and how did you decide on a final approach?

Did a phone interview with a recruiter who promised letting me know the result the following week. Never got contacted again, and it's impossible to reach out because they had an AI, which they bizarrely insist on giving a human name and profile picture, do the scheduling. It's also impossible to reach out to their people on LinkedIn because they don't accept messages. To be fair, the interview was decently transparent and receptive to my questions, but overall the lack of respect was pretty disappointing.

Horrible, unresponsive recruiters with little to no information regarding the job at hand. Managers put you through a long process of interviews, only to not reach out again after the process is supposedly "completed"
