Four interviews, all virtual, all one on one. Typical questions, very conversational. Most of the interviewers were pleasant except for the VP of Genetics for the Precision Oncology Team. Her questions were not clear and when I answered, she became very snippy, as if it was my fault she could not word her question correctly to illicit the response she was looking for. Keep in mind, I am a current employee of this company and was still treated this way! After that interview, I knew this was not a role I wanted any more. Then to top it off, I never heard back from anyone about a final decision. I looked up the role on my own and found that it was eliminated in a restructure.
