Unstructured. Biased. Unprofessional. The questions that were asked were not even relevant to what I can contribute to the overall position and job. Understanding that it is a small company and that it is owned and ran by an amateur staff, I would have expected them to try a little more to be structured and present themselves professionally. The interview was in a lunch room and there were employees walking in and out microwaving their food.
