You will go on a group/informational meeting where they will clearly explain that positions, expectations, etc. Everyone is asked to stand in front of the group and quickly tell why they should be considered. You fill out an application on the spot. If they are interested, they will call you. It may be the next day; it may be months later depending on business needs.
