Great interview process both the recruiter and the interviewer were transparent, kind and really thoughtful with how they treated me throughout the process. I really appreciate the time they took to really dive into the culture, the role and answer all my questions. The questions were really intentional, and gave me a clear understanding of the role and the HR situations I would be dealing with daily. They didn't sugar coat anything and really gave a clear view of the company and it's growth plans.
