After a first HR round, which was mainly about past experience. HR was quite new to the team so didn't know much about the team that they were recruiting for. Then there was a behavioural round to figure out suitability for the role. The interview was with an Engineering Manager & a Product Manager.

Didn't pass the initial screening as they require engineers to be in office 3 days a week.
My recommendation would be to reduce that number and increase the salary band for senior positions as it may be difficult to hire senior engineers for 140-160k 3 days in office.
