Understanding your goals and judging fit with the role. 2nd round - SQL Coderpad. Work through a few tables to answer the given questions. 3-6 rounds - 2 behavioral rounds testing for stakeholder management, motivations, how you work under pressure etc. 2 rounds based on case studies. Did about 4 case studies over these 2 rounds. One case study was Ethos-based while the others weren't.
