There was a long time lag before the interview and the job offer, however I was in no hurry to start and I was even allowed to further delay my start date by a month.

They will take 3 rounds of interviews irrespective of each other round's results. Finally, they decide cross checking with all the panel members. There will be atleast 3 members or more being interviewed at the same time period.
