Had a quick introductory interview with a member of the team and was then sent an assignment to analyze product sales data. I spent four hours of my personal time working on this assignment only to be ghosted. They didn't provide any feedback and couldn't even be bothered to send a canned 'no thank you' rejection email. The job market is brutal, and this garbage only makes it worse.
