First step was a screening call. Then, I was asked to complete a practical project, which was pretty subjective but did include revenue forecasting and ROI projection. I did well on that, and was asked for an interview with the director. Was never followed up with after that, despite my multiple outreach attempts for an update. Effectively ghosted after two interviews and a time-consuming practical portion.
