1:1 Interview in hotel. I met with a leader after a phone interview. It was a good experience. Too bad it did not work out. They appeared to be very interested and they were nice to deal with when the interview was scheduled. I would do this process again as I learned from it as well as enjoyed the individual that I interviewed with. They were also great about travel and expenses for the interview.
