Entrevista
Consists of three interviews in person, sometimes conducted on the phone. These range from soft questions about fit and personality to technical questions. The technical questions aren't exactly hard, there aren't really right answers and they want to see how you think. Personally, I thought the questions didn't really accomplish that goal, but if you're smart you can probably figure out what they want you to say anyway.

Pregunta 1
"You're stranded in the woods with nothing but what you have right now when you come across a stream. How would you determine the speed of the water in that stream?"
Prerecorded interview then if they like that they reach out for a zoom interview. Very nice people, 4 people will take turns asking you questions. Questions are simple enough mostly behavioral.
After you apply the first step if you are selected is to submit a one-way video interview for them to review. Followed by three (possibly more) interviews with potential team members or supervisors.
The interview was 3 phase and started with an online application then an AI screening and finally with an imperson or zoom meeting. Overall a good experience.
